Arthur Fix studied fine art at University of Oregon. He lives in Portland Oregon and works as a Graphic Designer and Fine Artist.

Creating in mediums; watercolor, colored pencil, oil pastels and digital. Favorite subjects include, landscapes, nature, wildlife, rustic urban architecture and macro-nature themes. Much time is spent experimenting with new combinations of materials and techniques. However, presently, his go-to medium is transparent watercolor. Arthur is a member of the National Watercolor Society.

Training as a graphic artist has given him a strong background in digital imaging and composition. This is why he also incorporates photography, digital painting and digital composite art in this fine art portfolio. Samples of his graphic design work can be seen at his studio design page.
