Arthur Fix - Fine Artist
Arthur Fix studied fine art at University of Oregon. He lives in Portland Oregon and works as a Graphic Designer and Fine Artist.
For his fine art, he works in the mediums; watercolor, colored pencil, oil pastels, mixed media and digital. Much time is spent experimenting with new combinations of materials and techniques. Presently, his go-to medium is transparent watercolor. Arthur is a member of the National Watercolor Society.
His training as a graphic artist has given him a strong background in digital imaging and composition. It is no wonder, that he also incorporates photography, digital paintings, and digital photo art in his fine art portfolio. His favorite subjects include, landscapes, nature, wildlife, rustic urban architecture, still life and macro-nature photography.
